Any defect product/good received, you may inform CBM within (3) three working days from receiving date for us to precede further investigation. CBM will not accept any appeal above (3) three days from receiving date.
Return must be agreed and authorized by CBM in written before we proceed further actions.
Upon investigation postage charges will be apply accordingly.
(5) Five working days is required to proceed for refund and return.
